Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. All cancellations must be done within 7 Days of the Payment. Once the Event will be start  no refund will be made/ Granted.

2. Refunded amount will not include tax / Vat & transaction Charge.

3. Cancellations made after the 7 Days will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given due to no show situations.

4. Virtual Study CIrcle reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule courses at will. Notification of changes will be made as quickly as possible.

5. We reserve the right to substitute course instructors as necessary.

​

6. In case of event cancellation you will be eligible for 100 % refund, in case of re-schedule of the event only 50 % of the amount can be claimed for refund otherwise you can choose either next batch or take the substitute of the same amount.

​

7. Refundable amount will be transferred within 3 – 4 Weeks.
